Once your application is confirmed, we’ll send you a personalised registration link to set up your survey. No logins or accounts required for your team members.
Register your team members
Use your registration link to submit the names and email addresses of the team members you’d like to invite. This takes just a few minutes.
Your team completes the survey
Each team member receives their own individual survey link by email. The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Responses are anonymous — individuals cannot be identified from the results.
Receive your team report
Once the survey closes, your personalised PDF report is prepared and delivered directly to you, typically within 5 business days.
