Register your team members
Your SMART Work Design Survey has been approved. The next step is to register the team members who will be invited to complete the survey.
What you’ll need
- ✓ The full name of each team member you want to invite to complete the survey
- ✓ A work email address for each team member — this is where their individual survey link will be sent
- ✓ Your confirmed survey start date — we’ll distribute links close to this date
What happens after you register
We set up your survey links
We prepare a unique, personalised survey link for each registered team member and schedule distribution around your nominated start date.
Team members receive their personal link
Each person receives an email with their individual survey link. The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete and can be done at a time that suits them.
The survey runs
Team members complete the survey during the open period. You can check in with us on response rates at any point during this time.
You receive your team report
Once the survey closes, your personalised SMART Work Design Report is prepared and delivered to you as a PDF — typically within 5 business days of the survey closing.
