Register Your Team Members
Each person you register will receive a unique, private survey link by email. The survey takes around 15–20 minutes to complete.
Enter one team member’s first name, last name, and work email address in the form below.
Click Submit. You will then be asked whether to add another team member or finish.
When everyone is entered, click Finalise registration — you’re done.
What happens next: We will review your registrations and send each team member their personal survey link within 2 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once links have been distributed.
Names and email addresses are used only to send individual survey links and deliver personal reports. Stored securely and not shared with third parties.
